These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ZeroLabs ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Dice Brawl: Unfold the Dungeon (the "App"). By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dice Brawl. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
Dice Brawl uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of manipulating matchmaking, rankings, or game outcomes. Your username must not impersonate anyone or contain offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Dice Brawl includes virtual items such as dice and skills. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods, and are not transferable between accounts. We may modify, add, or remove virtual items and game features at any time. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items resulting from account termination, technical issues, or changes to the App.

Dice Brawl and its original content, including artwork, game mechanics, code, graphics, and the ZeroLabs name and branding, are owned by ZeroLabs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party works are used under their own licenses and are listed in the App's Credits. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, virtual items, or game progress, arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroLabs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
